2. Operator and scope

The website is operated by Shenzhen Chuhaike Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd., trading under the brands Chuhaike and OmniCX (“we”, “us” or “our”). These terms govern website access, public content and business enquiries initiated through the site.

The scope, fees, service levels, data processing, payment and liability for customer-support outsourcing, call-centre, multilingual support, technology or other paid services are governed by the quotation, order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement or other written contract signed by the parties. A signed service-specific agreement prevails if it conflicts with these terms.

3. Website information and enquiries

• Website content is general information and is not a warranty, professional advice or a binding offer.
• Submitting an enquiry or contacting us does not create a service contract, agency, partnership, employment or fiduciary relationship.
• Pricing, delivery dates, staffing, languages, channels and service metrics must be confirmed in writing after we understand your requirements.
• Case studies, metrics and industry information may reflect specific project conditions and do not guarantee the same result unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable use

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If that fails, either party may bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction at the operator’s domicile. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect business, technical or legal changes. The revised version will be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the website.
