Privacy Policy

This policy explains how OmniCX handles and protects information when you visit this website, submit a business enquiry or communicate with us.

Effective and last updated: 24 July 2026

1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy applies to chuhaikecx.com and business enquiries submitted through it. The website is operated by Shenzhen Chuhaike Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd., trading under the brands Chuhaike and OmniCX (“we”, “us” or “our”).

This policy does not apply to websites, platforms or services independently operated by third parties. Please review their privacy notices before following a third-party link.

2. Information we process

We process information only as needed to provide the website, respond to enquiries, improve the experience and maintain security. The categories involved depend on the features you use.

  • Information you provide: name, email address, company name, store or website, sales channels, monthly enquiry volume, support channels required, additional details, and communications you send by phone, email, WhatsApp or other channels.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, access time, referring page, pages viewed, language settings, cookies or similar identifiers, and security logs.
  • Interaction and experiment data: landing-page variant, whether a form was viewed or started, stable field identifier, completion state, validation error type, progress and submission outcome. Our website form-funnel tracking does not send values entered for name, email, company, website or free-text fields to the dataLayer.
  • Business relationship data: requirements, solution preferences, correspondence, contracts and service-delivery records. Data processed for an active client project may also be governed by the parties’ service agreement, NDA or data processing agreement.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Depending on the context and applicable law, we rely on consent, contractual necessity, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests or another recognised lawful basis.

  • Operate, maintain and secure the website and detect faults, misuse or security risks.
  • Respond to enquiries, assess requirements, arrange demonstrations, prepare quotations and follow up commercially.
  • Perform a contract or take requested steps before entering into one.
  • Understand website use, organic traffic and landing-page performance and improve content, forms and user experience.
  • Send service-related marketing where we have consent or another lawful basis; you can opt out at any time.
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Cookies, GTM and analytics

This website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) to centrally manage website tags and events. The GTM container itself may process standard request logs and aggregated diagnostic data concerning tag stability, performance and installation quality.

We may use GTM to enable Google Analytics 4 or other analytics, advertising and conversion-measurement tools. Once enabled, those tools may use cookies or similar technologies to process usage and interaction data. We will update this policy to reflect the tools actually enabled and, where required, obtain consent and pass the relevant consent signals.

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking technologies other than strictly necessary cookies will generally not prevent access to the site’s core content, but some measurement or personalisation functions may not work.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to the following recipients only as needed for the purposes in this policy, subject to contractual, access-control and security safeguards.

  • Providers of hosting, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, email, communications, customer relationship management, tag management and analytics.
  • Affiliates, advisers or authorised partners involved in assessing or delivering the services you request.
  • Courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other public authorities legally entitled to request information.
  • A successor involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or asset transfer, subject to continuing legal protection of the information.

6. International transfers

We provide cross-border services, and some providers, affiliates or project teams may be located outside your country or region. Where information is transferred internationally or remotely accessed, we use the notices, consents, assessments, certifications, standard contractual terms or other safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only for the shortest period needed for the collection purpose, the business relationship, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Business-enquiry information is normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last substantive interaction. If a client relationship begins, relevant records may be kept throughout that relationship and for any legally required period afterwards.

Security logs, cookies and analytics data follow the periods required for security and configured in the relevant tool. At the end of the applicable period, information is deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled as required by law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, completion or deletion, restriction of or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, account closure, or an explanation of our processing rules. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

Send requests to the email address below with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify your identity to protect the information. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk, including transmission safeguards, access controls, least-privilege permissions, logging, staff confidentiality obligations and provider management. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If an incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial, reporting and notification steps required by law.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the site. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorisation, please contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our business, technology or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted here with its effective date. Where required, we will provide more prominent notice of a change that may materially affect your rights.
